This Hong Kong-based company specializes in income-generating properties within the Asia-Pacific region. It focuses on offering investors the chance to diversify their portfolios, receive regular income distributions, and potentially experience capital growth. The company is managed by an asset manager who possesses expertise in real estate investment and asset management.
Responsibilities:
- Supervising and formulating strategic planning on leasing, conducting marketing, lease negotiation, tenancy administration
- Co-ordination with property management and other related duties for the portfolio
- Manage a portfolio of properties, including commercial, residential, and mainly retail spaces, ensuring optimal occupancy rates and profitability
- Negotiate lease agreements with prospective tenants, including terms and conditions, rental rates, lease renewals, and lease modifications
- Repositioning asset
Requirements:
- Degree holder with over 10 years solid working experience in property leasing, especially in shopping malls
- Familiar with Landlord & Tenant Ordinance and leasing procedures
- Comprehensive network with tenants and property agencies
- Customer-oriented and with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Holder of valid EAA licence (Real Estate)
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Knowledge in PC applications, such as Word, Excel, Chinese Word-processing
