Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise daily operations of the office
- Handle logistic arrangement and procurement for the office
- Assist in record keeping & processing of accounts opening at banks, brokers and related AML, corporate and related information
- Provide support to staff members in liaison with external service providers and/or suppliers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
- Experience with handling AML ad company secretarial documents is a plus
- Excellent command of English and Chinese
- Proven experience as an Office Manager/Administrator
- Proactive and problem-solving mindset
