Requirements:
- University graduate
- 2 years of event organizing experience
- Familiar with MS Office application, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint& Chinese Word Processing, Zoom
- Good organization skills and Can-do attitude
- Good communication skills in both written and spoken English & Chinese / Mandarin
- Good teamwork and follow-through skills
- Responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently
- Immediate availability is preferred
Main Responsibilities
- To plan, co-orordinate and implement webinars, lectures, scientific seminars, annual dinner and other activities
