Our client is in search of a candidate who is enthusiastic about Sales & Business Development and contributing to the development of their rapidly growing business. In this position, the emphasis is on achieving team results. The successful candidate will be driven by the collective pursuit of victory and will effortlessly harness their world-class customer service skills to ensure the best possible outcomes for our valued customers, cohesive team, and the overall success of the business.
Responsibilities
- Assist ina rapidly growing business, contributing to its success.
- Utilize exceptional customer service skills to ensure excellent outcomes for customers, the team, and the business.
- Collaborate with the Sales Director and team to expand the business in Greater China and the Asian Region.
- Manage client communication and expectations throughout the entire process.
- Attend meetings and establish relationships with new developers and agents.
- Monitor and report on business opportunities with joint venture partner, including revenue forecasting.
- Focus on marketing the brands to investors and agents.
Requirements
- At least 1-3 years of experience in a customer-oriented industry such as Property, Real Estate, Insurance, Finance, Banking, or related industry that is in Sales & Marketing is required.
- Previous roles in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management are preferred. Previous track records will be a huge advantage.
- Full proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English is a must.
- Work experience or an overseas education is an asset.
- Being flexible and adaptable to the evolving business environment.
- Demonstrating excellent communication and presentation skills to stakeholders at all levels.
