Role overview:
You will be working as part of our established and successful team which will give you the opportunity to leverage off existing relationships to grow your desk. You will also have an experienced Talent Manager support, who will get a brief on your roles and help you source the Talent for them.
The Role:
- Sourcing candidates available to complete permanent & retained search assignments for our clients
- Network & develop New PERE & Developer client contacts
- Interviewing, testing and briefing candidates on positions
- Taking job briefs and negotiating and managing warm clients
- Managing a portfolio of warm and hot clients and providing exceptional service
- Preparing advertising and marketing campaigns via social media and Gough’s database

Who are we looking for:
- Experience within Recruitment and experience in Real Estate / Property is desired
- We would also consider hungry professionals from the Real Estate or Property Industry without recruitment experience
- The ability to build strong relationships with candidates and clients
- A positive & hard working attitude to keep up with the pace of a top sales office
- Team orientated as we all pitch in to achieve the end result
- Excellent administration skills and attention to detail
