Joel became Director of Gough Recruitment in 2006 and transitioned to group CEO responsible for the overall strategy and delivery of growth, recruitment & training. Today, Gough Recruitment operate across Australia, Singapore & Hong Kong employing over 65 talented individuals across three Countries.
