Main responsibilities: 

• Lead and manage SFC license application processes 
• Ensure that the company complies with all applicable regulations of the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission 
• Oversee the overall operation of Type 1,4 and 9 Regulated Activities
• Provide advice to the top management and implement business strategies 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree holder in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
• Must be a current SFC Type 4, 9 Responsible Officer License holder
• Proven track record in managing SFC license application processes
• Strong business sense and in-depth knowledge of the asset management industry
• Solid understanding of operations, risk controls and investment process of asset management companies
• Strong analytical, presentation and management skills
• Excellent command of English and Cantonese/Mandarin
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
