Responsibilities
- Develop and implement leasing strategies to attract and retain tenants
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential tenants and market trends
- Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and lease agreements with prospective tenants
- Conduct property viewings, showcasing the features and benefits of available spaces
- Oversee lease administration, including lease renewals, rent reviews, and tenant relations
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns and promotional materials
- Prepare regular reports on leasing activities, occupancy rates, and financial performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in leasing management, track record will be required from any asset class
- Fluent in Chinese & English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities with a track record of successful lease agreements
- In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, including market trends and key players
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
