Our client, a leading, well-established hospitality group, is seeking a dynamic, hard-working, and presentable customer relations representative to play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and elevating employee morale.
You would be based on site and manage daily operations.
Their duties include:
- Addressing customer concerns
- Resolving disputes
- Reception work
- New client management
- Liaising with various departments to provide timely solutions
- Responding to phone calls, emails, and chat messages from customers
- Updating customer profiles
- Documenting interactions to keep track of progress
- Acting as a liaison between the company and its customers
- Providing helpful solutions to customer needs.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: Business Course
- Experience: 2-5 years of front office experience
- Must be based in Singapore already
- Willing to be proactive and multitask
