Gough Story

Gough Recruitment was established in 1989 by Graham Gough. In the early 2000’s Graham established Gough Partnership with a focus on delivering specialised recruitment services to the Real Estate, Property & Construction Industry’s. Joel Barbuto bought Gough Recruitment from Graham in 2006 and restructured the business into two entities namely Gough Recruitment NSW, and Gough Recruitment Vic.
Joel continued to grow the Gough Recruitment business opening Gough Recruitment WA in December 2007, Gough Recruitment Queensland in 2010 and continued to grow internationally opening Gough Recruitment Singapore in 2011 followed by Gough Recruitment Hong Kong in 2018.
The business has since grown to employing 60 employees and becoming leading recruitment specialists in Real Estate, Property, Development and Construction.
