This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Trust Accountant to join the most innovative market leader and premier real estate agency rapidly expanding throughout the Eastern Suburbs. Collaborating to become the most respected team, this role will see you working alongside a friendly Financial Controller in the most successful franchise network.
The Role
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Sales & Property Management Trust Accounting of 700 managements
- Reconciliations, speed sheets & forecasting
- Do all budget forecasts with Property Managers as well as cash flow reports
- Run End of Month Run & mid-month statements/reports
- Prepare documentation for annual audits for residential trust accounts
- Prepare some documentation for audits
- Profit & Loss Statements
- Prepare some documents and information
Skills & Experience
You will need to have previous experience in a Real Estate Accounts position as well as being familiar using the REST/Rockend software program. You will also have:
- High Attention to Detail & be Very Good with Numbers
- Strong Communication Skills & a Proactive attitude
- Be IT Savy
- Very Organised and the Ability to Multi Task
- Ideally have your Certificate of Registration or happy to complete it
