About the Client
Our Client is one of the longest-serving residential Real Estate companies in the western suburbs. You will work alongside and support a dynamic team of 5 x successful sales reps. This is a fast-paced Agency with amazing staff retention and an employer of choice for many real estate professionals.
Duties required, although not limited to:
- Supporting a team of 6 x Reps
- Processing new listings, ordering titles, strata plans, etc
- Updating rates, doc prep, and marketing
- Processing sales contracts
- Database management
- Processing letters to vendors, buyers & settlement agents
- Organising settlement gifts and follow up
- Attending weekly sales meetings
To be considered for this position, the successful applicant will have the following:
- Previous sales administration experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
- A corporate presentation
- A genuine passion for Real Estate and Sales
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills, savvy on social media platforms, Agent Box experience advantageous
- Sharp attention to detail essential
