OUR CLIENT is a medium-sized boutique agency that is set up to service every single client with a difference, this is a forward-thinking team that value’s customer service. Operating out of a stunning office in the CBD, this is an opportunity to manage everything repairs & maintenance for their rent roll. this will initially be a temporary role with the opportunity to go permanent.
The Role
Day to day you will be responsible for:
- Dealing with repairs and maintenance
- Liaising with tenants and suppliers as well as reporting to owners
- Follow up with tenants to ensure works have been completed
Skills & experience
If you want to be considered for this rare and exciting opportunity, you must display the following:
- Previous experience within repairs and maintenance on a high volume with at least 12 months experience in real estate
- Fully understand the legal obligations of both the Owner Investor and the tenants regarding all maintenance aspects
- Be able to prioritise and work methodically
- Communicate clearly with tradespeople and ensure that all work is carried out in a timely manner
- Valid Certificate of Registration
