We need an experienced Property Manager to manage a local portfolio of properties with plenty of support from a leasing consultant and administrator. You will not be required to undertake any accounts duties or be pressured into generating new business. Other duties will include but will not be limited too:
- Dealing with repairs and maintenance duties
- Ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Tribunal appearance when requires
- Arrears chasing
Skills & experience
The successful candidate will have previous Property Management experience a Certificate of Registration, their own reliable car, be well presented. You will also have outstanding communication skills and desperately want to work for a company who strives to be the best in the industry.
