Gough Recruitment are currently seeking a Property Manager to join the most innovative Real Estate Agency based in the Sutherland Shire Area. Located in the heart of Cronulla, this is a team that operate out of sleek offices amongst a hub of café’s, busy retail and lifestyle precincts. We are looking for a proactive, customer serviced based individual to join a team of talented staff and streamline Property Management division.
  

The Role:
Monday – Friday, You will be responsible for the management of a low maintenance portfolio. This is a role that will play an integral part in maintaining the excellent reputation of the team. On a day to day basis, you will be responsible for:

• Manage a portfolio of 210 properties
• Effectively liaise with landlords and tenants
• Ensure Repairs & Maintenance are completed
• Arrears control
• Manage lease renewals and rent reviews
• NO leasing & NO inspections
• No Accounts, No Weekends & No End of Month

  
The Candidate:

• Previous real estate experience is essential
• A Current Certificate of Registration
• Own Car and Driver’s License
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
• Ability to prioritize work
• A work hard, play hard mentality
