About the Role
This company is seeking an enthusiastic Property Manager to join a well-established team. Offering extensive training and development to anyone who comes on-board, with full handover provided from the existing Property Manager. They have an extensive understanding of the local area and are market leaders in this space, with a well known brand and presence.  
  

Duties

• Liaise with tenants and landlords
• Assist with open home inspections
• Conduct ingoing and outgoing routine inspections
• General administrative tasks
• Leasing of vacant properties

Skills and Experience

• Must have Victorian Agent’s Representative Certificate
• Driver’s License and Reliable Vehicle
• Excellent Communication skills
