We are seeking a motivated & hungry individual who wants to start their career or are looking for a chance to join a leading property management division.
The role is Monday – Friday (with the occasional Saturday), this role will see you be trained up to manage a small portfolio of only 120 properties. Full training will be provided by the Senior Property Manager.
Day to day duties include
- Advising landlords & tenants
- Condition Reports, Exit Inspections
- Repairs & Maintenance
- Routine inspections
- Manage lease renewals and rent reviews
Skills and Experience:
We will look at a range of candidates from entry-level candidates with transferrable skillsets & life experience OR leasing consultants or receptionists within the real estate industry wanting to step up.
- A current certificate of Registration & driver’s license is essential
- High level of professionalism
- Commitment to superior customer service
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
