Our client is a boutique property advisory firm located in Sydney, established in 2012. They are a small to medium ASX listed and privately owned business that offers their capabilities to a growing list of clients assisting with their corporate real estate requirements.

The key functions of the roles include:
Data entry and report writing
Delivering property advisory engagements in conjunction with the principal
Carrying out financial analysis, commercial analysis, and strategic options assessments and research & develop property reports
Preparation of analysis, reports, and presentations, and supporting the team
Carrying out general marketing initiatives for the firm
Liaising directly with clients
Carrying out general administrative tasks
Drafting proposals using existing standardised document templates
Managing google accounts.
Following up agents
Reporting directly to the principal
The Ideal Candidate:
Would suit a self-starting diligent candidate
Financial analytical and valuations skills
Ideally Some transaction experience in commercial leases &/or sales
Databases management skills
Report writing skills
Hybrid working from home opportunity
