Senior Property Manager
- Commissions on new Business & Sales Referrals

The Role:
This role is a Monday – Friday role ONLY. This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Senior Property Manager to work with a tight knit team in a POD with a property manager & leasing consultant for support.
- Manage a neat, tidy portfolio of 200 properties in a POD
- Manage a team of 2 underneath you
- Liaise with both landlords and tenants
- Complete Repairs & Maintenance
- Arrears control
- Conduct rental reviews & Lease renewals
Do you have what it takes?
- Current Certificate of Registration
- Previous experience managing or mentoring junior staff members
- Excellent organisation skills, attention to detail and strong leadership qualities
- Strong Communication both verbal and written
- Own car and drivers licence
