Justine Buhrmann Director / Property & Real Estate Consultant
Justine's career thus far has been dedicated to Real Estate and related industries, where her passion for the business has seen her fast track from administration through sales co-ordination to office management and group co-ordination for a 13 office franchise. Recognising her commitment and potential, Gough invited Justine to join our team as a Recruitment Consultant in late 2004. We managed to retain and enjoy the success of this entrepreneur for two years before she established her own Real Estate Recruitment and Database Software business, now co-owned by Fairfax. Fortunately we were able to lure her back and she now recruits middle and senior level staff for key clients.

Amber King VIC State Manager
A natural leader with a marketing degree and over 15 years experience in multiple sales, marketing and management positions, including five years in FMCG/Consumer, B2B and B2C and the last six years in recruitment, specialising within Sales and Marketing, Property and Real-Estate. With an accomplished track record in leading and developing successful teams within recruitment, Amber is a welcomed addition to the Gough team in Melbourne.
As the State Manager for Victoria, Amber’s role is to continually lead, grow and develop our team of specialist consultants at Gough. Amber is passionate about networking and building strong relationships throughout the real-estate and property industry sector, whilst working collaboratively with the wider business on a national and international level to ensure best practice and offering sophisticated solutions for our clients.

Romaine Fawcett Financial Controller
B. Business, CPA, Tax Agent
With over 20 years experience, Romaine brings to Gough a strong background in both commercial and public practice. Having graduated from RMIT in 1988 with a Bachelor of Business Distinction, Romaine is also CPA qualified.
Her role in Gough requires her to manage, train and develop a young and vibrant team of Administrators across the country, embracing the challenges of streamlining administrative processes and working towards a paperless office.
With the business in a rapid growth phase, Romaine provides insightful analysis of financial information to assist the Management team in both day-to-day and strategic business planning. Her group focus is a welcome addition to the Management team and Romaine is often referred to as the steady hand that holds it all together.

After graduating with a Bachelor of Business in Property, Tom commenced his Property career in Adelaide, managing a strategic portfolio of commercial properties. Subsequent promotions and leadership roles in commercial agencies took him to Darwin and Melbourne and allowed Tom to develop a deep understanding of the industry and the needs of the business owners for committed and motivated staff. Our clientele at Gough are now benefiting from this insight and specialist skill and Tom's focus on providing high quality service to both candidates and clients.

India Burrell Property Consultant
With over 7 years experience in the Property and Valuations field, India came to us as a qualified Property Valuer with extensive Residential Property knowledge and a double degree in Property & Valuations from RMIT University. Prior to Valuations, India won a graduate scholarship at Stockland Developments where she completed a year of work experience within all of their Property asset classes including Residential, Retirement, Apartments and Acquisitions. After completing the scholarship, India was offered a full time role as a Development Assistant on a new residential community in Melbourne’s South Eastern growth corridor. She gained extensive knowledge about Stockland and the Melbourne Property sector which provides her with the perfect tools to know what her clients need and want from a candidate.
India’s enthusiasm and knowledge of the Property sector have made her an exciting addition to the Gough family and a valued resource for both our candidates and clients.

Ben McDonald Real Estate Consultant
Ben’s career started in the Finance industry working for AXA in their Master Trust department after studying a Bachelor of Business and Economics for four years in Victoria. After a few years in Corporate Finance Ben moved into the lucrative world of Sales as a Consultant for UCMS Optus where he progressed quickly into their Management Program. In 2008 Ben decided it was time to leave Melbourne and head to sunny Perth. It was here he was presented with an opportunity to combine his education and experience and embark on a position in Mortgage Brokering. Ben then completed his Certificate IV of Financial Services (Mortgage Broker) which has given him a unique perspective of the Perth Real Estate market. After spending the summer of 2010 travelling the cultural countries of South America, Ben has returned to Perth to use his knowledge of Sales and Real Estate in a recruitment and business development capacity.

| Lissie Lyons
Receptionist/Administrator
After finishing her Bachelor of Arts degree, Lissie secured a role as a Real Estate receptionist for a leading agency in Victoria. Enjoying the fast pace that the industry offered, she continued to work in Real Estate whilst completing further studies in Education. Returning from a teaching career in the Northern Territory, Lissie first joined Gough as a temporary receptionist in 2010. She fell in love with the Melbourne office and the Recruitment industry and has never looked back. Her teaching background means she pays firm attention to detail, and her Real Estate reception experience enables her to assist the Melbourne team in all Administrative areas. Lissie enjoys the interaction with people that the front desk brings to her role and aims to deliver a high level of service and professionalism. She contributes a diverse skill set to Gough, while retaining her passion for Real Estate and Recruitment which is displayed in her enthusiasm when dealing with clients and candidates.
