Marton Volep QLD State Manager
Marton's career began in the Event Management industry in London in 2004 before taking on a management role for Compass Group catering. He has a strong leadership personality which coupled with his ability to ensure the job is done to the highest standard in a time efficient manner saw him awarded the role of Presentation Manger for combat sports at the 2006 Qatar Asian Games. Marton then relocated to Perth to continue his career in Event Management working closely with the Western Force Rugby and Perth Glory Soccer teams but had a particular interest in the recruitment and commercial property sector. His energetic, professional and positive attitude has proven to be a successful attribute when growing and maintaining strong relationships in demanding markets. Marton decided to relocate back to where he grew up in Brisbane and was promoted to QLD State Manager early in 2012. Marton is also on the Future Directions Committee with the Property Council of Australia QLD division and is instrumental in making aware young people's interests to the property industry.

Jessica Jankovic Real Estate Consultant
Jessica joined the Gough team when the Brisbane office opened in 2010. Jessica has always had a strong interest in the industry and started her career with a large Real Estate office in Canberra beginning in Body Corporate and then moving into their Property Management department. After just over four years in the industry, Jessica has a thorough knowledge of Real Estate and has a strong understanding of her clients' needs and employee requirements when assisting them in the Recruiment process. Her focus, enthusiasm and honest approach enables her to build strong and rewarding relationships with her clients.

David Thomas Real Estate & Property Consultant
David began his career in the banking and finance industry, gaining his Certificate 3 in Financial Services and working his way up to management roles within the Banking Branch Network. He then moved to start his career in real estate and property with Havencroft Realty in 2009 as the National Operations Manager. Here he gained an in depth knowledge and understanding of the real estate and property industry, whilst also studying and obtaining his full Estate Agents licence in both QLD and VIC. In this role, David's close work with a number of property development companies and finance and marketing companies has given him an expansive knowledge of most aspects of the industry. David's professionalism, determination and knowledge, along with his personable demeanour has enabled him to develop long term relationships with both internal and external clients and is a welcomed addition to the strong QLD team.

Erin Filewood Talent Manager
Erin joined Gough Recruitment in July 2007 as a Temp for the Administration team, and quickly progressed to Senior Administrator of the Sydney office by the completion of 2008. Supporting an extremely busy team, Erin brought to Gough a diverse skill set, as well as an upbeat nature and comprehensive understanding of the team's needs. Erin has recently relocated to our new Brisbane office as the Senior Administrator/Talent Manager.
