Throughout late April and early May (2011), I had the pleasure of dealing with Ella Toohey of Gough Recruitment NSW Pty Ltd. Upon applying for a Property Management position online, I was promptly contacted by Ms. Toohey. I was fairly sceptical of recruitment companies after a bad experience only days earlier. However, ever positive Ella put my negative thoughts to rest and invited me to join her to discuss potential positions. Upon meeting Ms. Toohey I found her to be warm, bright and a great motivator. She helped me find my spark for Real Estate again. Not only was she helpful on the day of the initial meeting, but made regular contact throughout the job hunting process to see if I needed help with my CV and even providing background information on the Employers whom were ready to interview me. It was a smooth and helpful experience from start to finish. I was even called after my first day to see how I was fitting in! Joel, I wrote to you when I was placed by your team here in Brisbane. I am writing again because your team is still demonstrating market leading service to me as a candidate. I initially met with Ella and thought her also was introduced to Darren. From the start they provided me with numerous options for where I could progress to my desired role and through daily communications with them they helped me get the role that I now have in Property Sales. I was also dealing with other recruitment agency's in the Darlinghurst area and found it very hard to get in contact with them and found the experience with them to be unorganised and unhelpful.
