Exit Interviews & Attrition Survey

It is in a company's best interest to make optimum use of its high performing and highly skilled staff, and make optimum use of in-house skills and experience. Not only is it expensive for a company not to do this, but also staff will feel valued and more inclined to stay. A company should undertake regular ‘sanity' checks to identify attitudes and behavioural patterns which may reduce moral or cause undesirable resignations.

We conduct objective and independent Exit Interviews and prepare Attrition Surveys which relate to current perceptions and attitudes.  The survey provides a collective impression of people who have recently left or who are leaving an organisation. From here we can determine what needs changing or improving and increase staff morale.
