A major reason why clients often use a Recruitment Agency is because they expect us to have a number of quality candidates ‘on our books'.  This is often the case but it also does not mean that these candidates are the best available for the client's needs.

After taking a brief, we search our database for suitable prospects, then approach and attempt to generate interest. This step is always the first stage in each of our other recruitment services, the difference being that unlike other services this approach may not require the client's commitment to completing the assignment.

If the need for a high quality person is urgent, but the client is willing to wait until the right person comes along, then Contingent Referrals is the appropriate recruitment option.
