Talent Manager - Melbourne
Due to an internal relocation, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Talent Manager to compliment and support our highly driven sales team in Melbourne.
Your day will involve, but will not be limited to:
- Liaising with Candidates to find suitable matches for our Clients requirements;
- Providing a high level of support to the Consultants;
- Undertaking all advertising duties for each assignment;
- Telephone screening & formal interviewing of Candidates;
- Providing written reports and correspondence as required;
- Reference checking of successful Candidates.

- Possesses excellent written and verbal communication and influencing skills;

Due to our continued growth, Gough Recruitment is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team. Specialising in temporary recruitment, you will possess a passion to build business and achieve the best outcomes for both clients and candidates. An eagerness to exceed targets, together with your determination to reach personal and professional goals is essential for this role.
Responsibilities include:
- Building your desk through marketing, client management, networking and sales
- Managing position advertisements
- Maintaining our database records, systems and processes
- Meeting daily KPI's including interviews, telemarketing & client visits
- Achieving monthly budget targets
You will be given all the tools needed to succeed including ongoing coaching and mentoring from our Senior Consultants and the Leadership team as well as a warm desk with established relationships in place.
Ideally you will come from a Recruitment or Real Estate / Property background. Your approach must be professional and intuitive, with the ability to hit the ground running in a fast paced environment. You will enjoy a strong focus on candidate and client management ensuring service, advice and consulting excellence is provided.
