VIC State Manager

We now have a vacancy for an experienced Recruitment Consultant looking to take the next step in their career. As the VIC State Manager the focus of your role is to successfully manage the operational, financial and strategic aspects of the Melbourne office as well as achieve an agreed consulting budget. In particular you will be required to supervise a team of seven, driving and motivating them to meet and exceed targets on a monthly basis.

You will be responsible for:

  • Assisting all Directors and Managers to set  strategic goals and objectives
  • Liaising with the Financial Controller to monitor cash flow, debtors, creditors etc in Melbourne
  • Working in partnership with the Operations Manager to improve Gough’s procedures
  • Promoting Gough’s recruitment services to clients in Victoria
  • Managing permanent and temporary recruitment assignments to achieve an agreed revenue budget
  • Assisting and advising the Consultants and Talent Managers on policy, procedural and quality issues
  • Continual training of all Melbourne staff
  • Conducting regular performance appraisals of Melbourne staff as well as providing them with ongoing feedback and coaching

The successful candidate for this position will ideally have experience in a similar role or be a Senior Recruitment Consultant looking to take the next step in their career. You will have a demonstrated commitment to establishing a broad range of relationships and be skilled in staff management.

Real Estate Consultant - Melbourne
