In today's competitive economic climate, people are often made redundant and faced with the challenge of finding a new job.  A generous redundancy package and a credible explanation help, but successful reemployment requires skills which staff often don't have.

We are familiar with employment opportunities in the marketplace and are therefore able to provide a realistic assessment of each person's likelihood of regaining an equivalent position in the workforce.

One of the features of our approach is that we tailor our transitional programs to suit individual needs.  Each person is offered a choice of services, the choice varying according to their job search experience.
